Mike Lee

Co-Owner

Mike’s passion for building started early—at just 12 years old, he spent every summer working for a local builder, learning the trade from the ground up. By 18 (2003), he began his carpentry apprenticeship and went on to earn his Red Seal Carpenter certification at 21 (2006).

Over the years, Mike worked his way through every level of the industry: from lead carpenter to foreman, and eventually to superintendent. With a wealth of experience and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, he and his brother, Sean, founded their own general contracting company in 2017.

You’ll still find Mike where he’s always been—out on the job site, ensuring every detail is done right. His passion, work ethic, and deep understanding of the trade continue to set the standard for the company’s workmanship today.
